Bids/Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Throughout the year the Addison Park District sends many different services and products out to bid. These opportunities range from apparel to paper supplies to printing park construction and more. RFPs are also available at the District’s Administrative office located in Community Rec Center, 120 E. Oak Street.

Advertising
Are you looking for a great way to showcase your business? The Addison Park District offers a variety of ways to promote your business through advertising.
Seasonal Program Brochures
Throughout the year the Park District produces seasonal program brochures that are circulated to 13,000 households each season with additional copies available to the public at Park District facilities. The shelf life of the brochure is longer than a newspaper. Because the information within the brochure includes several months’ worth of information, people hold it for future reference. This increases the advertising exposure for your business without addition cost. The cover is printed using four colors on an 80# gloss text stock.
Game Scoreboards
Scoreboard advertising is also available at Centennial Park and Nike Park. Hundreds of spectators at baseball and softball games will see your ad. Evening and weekend games are played at all age levels. Here’s a great opportunity to reach a variety of people. In-Kind Donations
Donations of all types, including gift certificates for services or goods, are accepted for a variety of events: Art in the Park - Paint the Can, Park Pride, Family Campout at Community Park, Fishing Derby, Turkey Trot, Breakfast with Santa and more. Program Sponsorship
Program Sponsorship opportunities within the Park District include 5K Spring Shuffle, Daddy & Daughter Dances, Mom & Son Night, Easter Egg Hunt, Park Pride, Art in the Park – Paint the Can, Fishing Derby, Turkey Trot, Breakfast with Santa and more. Sponsorships are also sought for The Parks & Recreation Foundation events. Sponsorships can be customized for your company and a wide range of financial contributions. Golf Hole Sponsorship
Golf hole sponsorship is available at Links & Tees Golf Facility, recently ranked as a Top 50 Golf Practice Facility in the nation. Thousands of area golf aficionados play the 9-hole course each season and will see your business name and logo associated with this course, which has been named one of the finest in the Midwest.
