Easter Egg Hunt, with the Easter Bunny Indoor Garage Sale

Friday, March 10, 2017 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

iJoin us for Addison Park District's Family Trivia Night at Centennial Rec Center. Family
teams will answer trivia questions and compete for a grandprize! Snacks will be provided. An award will also be given to the most spirited team.

Kids will navigate their way through fun and challenging obstacles on a course through the trail and sports fields of Community Park. All with no street crossings! They'll take on 12 natural and man-made obstacles that will challenge them physically and mentally. All participants will receive a t-shirt, medal, goodie bag and bragging rights showing they conquered the course. This race is for both boys and girls 6 - 14 years of age. This year enjoy hot-off-the-griddle pancakes before the Easter Egg Hunt, with the Easter Bunny! The Easter Egg Hunt is free to all participants 10 years of age and younger.  The pancake breakfast, sponsored by Addison Kiwanis Club, begins at 8:00 a.m. and continues until 11:30 a.m.  The breakfast menu includes 'all you can eat' pancakes, sausage, milk, orange juice and coffee for a donation to Addison Kiwanis Club. Bring your own camera for pictures of your child with the Easter Bunny between 8:30 - 10 a.m.  Be sure to arrive early as the Egg Hunt begins promptly at 10:30 a.m. and ends just minutes later!

View the latest styles for spring at this mother-daughter party at Community Rec Center. A variety of sweet treats will be served before the fashion show. Every daughter who registers has the option to be a model too! Clothes for the fashion
show are provided. The registration fee is per person, not a family rate.

Saturday, April 15 from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.

List your asking price on each item for sale. Drop your items off at the Community Recreation Center between 8:30-9:30 a.m. the day of the event. Park District staff will provide price tags and co-op the sale. You will receive 80% of the selling price for each of your sold items. All unsold items must be picked up the same day
by 11:45 a.m.

Saturday, April 15 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Join us at our NEW location, Community Rec Center, for this fast-growing, treasure-filled sale including children's toys, jewelry, lamps, books, CDs and bargains galore. Concessions will be available for purchase during the sale. Sellers must pre-register for 1 or 2 eight-foot tables. Someone must be present at the table the entire time. VENDORS are NOT allowed at this sale.

Are you ready to see alligators, snakes, lizards and tortoises? Explore the world of reptiles with the guidance of Jim Nesci and his Cold Blooded Creatures Animal
Show at Community Rec Center. Learn the proper way to handle the animals, conserve and protect reptiles and the environment. Make sure to get a close look at the star of the show, Bubba, the 8-foot-long alligator! This is a hands-on show and the audience gets the special opportunity to interact with all of Jim's creatures.
