Addison Road Warriors Running Club
Are you currently a runner or thinking about getting into running? Joining a running club has great advantages for all running abilities! Our club incorporates various distances, paces, and surfaces to perform your best. It will provide guidance on goal setting, strengthening, flexibility and nutrition geared specifically for runners. Local races will also be targeted in this program. Addison Road Warriors Running Club is for AGES 16+ and meets on Tuesdays and Saturdays with one and two-day options available. On Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m., the club meets at Centennial Park in the back parking lot of Club Fitness (1776 W. Centennial Place) and on Saturdays, travels to various parks and preserves through the area, including: Cricket Creek, Salt Creek Trail, Busse Woods and Mallard Creek, meeting at 8:30 a.m. (the warm-up, run and cool down typically take 1 1/2 hours.) The club runs outdoors year-long with the exception of extreme weather conditions, such as extreme cold, rain and snow.

PLEASE NOTE: Those who participate in Integrated Fitness Training (IFT) Camp will receive a discount when signing up for running club.
