Club Fitness Pool
Aquatic exercise is a low-impact activity that takes pressure off your bones, joints, and muscles. Water also offers natural resistance, which can help strengthen muscles. Additional benefits include improved heart health and reduced stress. Exercising in the water can be a great way to add physical activity into your life.
Club Fitness offers 2-3 Aquatics Activities on weekdays including: Aqua Energizer, Aqua Motion, Aqua Power Pulse, Water Volleyball and Aqua Zumba.
Members can also lap swim 7 days a week.
Non-Member Lap Swimming: $10 daily fee
