Adopt-A-Spot Program

Looking for a volunteer opportunity for your group or organization? Help beautify one of the Addison Park District’s parks by “Adopting a Spot” in the Park. Develop and maintain flowerbeds by watering and weeding. Groups, organizations, individuals will be recognized with a sign identifying their spot in the Park.

Park Meetings &
Eagle Eye Park Watch

Join us for a neighborhood park meeting at your local park this summer. During these community meetings, we will review potential park improvements and work with the Addison Police Department in the Eagle Eye Park Watch Program to promote safety and awareness.

The 2017 meetings started at 6:00 p.m. in the following locations:

  • Tuesday, June 20 @ Lake Manor Park
  • Tuesday, July 18 @ Highview Park
  • Tuesday, August 15 @ Wilderness Park
  • Tues., Sept. 19 @ Panther Park
