The Addison Park District believes that every resident should have an opportunity to participate in recreational programs regardless of financial hardship. Only Addison Park District residents will be considered for this program and proof of financial need must be provided in order to qualify.
Residents requesting financial assistance are required to complete an application, including most recent federal income tax return and provide that to the Addison Park District. Applicants who have been approved for the School District #4 lunch program should indicate that on the form, and bring in the paperwork. All requests will be considered individually and applicants will be notified within two weeks of the receipt of the application. Information on the application must be true and accurate. After approval, residents are required to follow registration procedures and dates as posted for each session/program. The approval of the application does not guarantee registration and the registration must be completed for each session.
Financial assistance will be approved for park district programs and is limited to $200 per family per year. Club Fitness, Links & Tees Memberships, and group or private golf lessons are not eligible for consideration.
